I've been married 12 years and never got pregnant until now, my 1st month using preseed, coincidence?

For the first 7 years I gained weight and stopped getting my periods and had one month where I bleed all month. Lost 60 pounds down to 150 and started getting periods around 5 years ago. And used to use douch after , stopped about 8 months ago due to the dangers and wanting a baby. But the 8th month I used pressed, the ones you put inside before BD... Now I'm pregnant!??? Is this why?
