My 11 motnh old is haveing black watery stool. what could this mean?

its been going on for alittle over 2 days and it just dont seem normal.. and she has 2 ear infections and she is congested with a runny nose.. but thats it ad she cries really bad when sheis trying to poop the the black stuff comes out does anyone kow anything.. please
