Which should i get - a 1971 ford maverick or a 1972 dodge dart?

i have the option between a 1971 ford maverick that needs paint, has a bad interior and a straight six, also it has a dent in the rear driverside door. or a 1972 dodge dart custom the has rust, a rust whole through the drivers side floor, and a carb that doesnt work. in your opinion which should i choose and why?
