Question about Proactiv Solutions?!?

ok, i've been using proactiv for about 2 months.....changes are taking place but very slowly...i have the refining mask and i've been hearing it works wonders if you use it right, appearently , im using it WRONG....i know put it on a damp face for 10 minutes, but do you dab it on and leave it, or do you rub it in, because when i use it, it never dries up!! my face isnt dripping wet when i put it on.....when i wash it off, my skin is softer, but the redness and inflamation is the same!! can someone tell me what im doing wrong!! im breaking out daily because of stress and im really not patient with it....so please can you give informative answers? thanks SO much!!
