Desperate to get answers....?

I am deeply in love with my clmate but the problem is I dont know whether she is ready to accept me.Honestly speaking I dont have a smiling face and always tend to look very reserve whereas I am really not.I always stare at her and she always pretends as if she is ignoring me but really she is very curious to know whether Im looking at her or not and she also stares at me thinking that i dont see her while she is staring.She behaves in this way only with me and has been doing this for the past 2 years and she seldom talks with other guys in my cl.She is a different type of girl who wants only one good partner for the rest of her life and I also have the same wish.I can win her love only if I become her friend but now suddenly if talk to her friendly manner she is gonna think that I am a "flirt" and my love will vanish instantly.What should I conclude about our "staring"?Is she interested in me?Should I start talking to her ? At present she has a good opinion about me.Help!
