Which facial lotion should i use?

I have dry, acne prone and red skin. I would like to know which facial lotions are best for my skin. I just need a straightforward, not too expensive, not hard to find lotion. I love Clinique dramatically different lotion, but i would like a lotion that will keep my skin hydrated and not as pink as bubblegum even in the very cold, very dry winter
