How to get rid of eruption's on the skin that appear to look faintly like ring worm?

It could also be eczema. My eczema always looks slightly like ringworm. I just use a cortisone cream on it and then moisturise and it goes away. Go to your local pharmacy and get their opinion on what the eruption maybe.
