Does he like me and how do i make him like me?

I didn't like him a first and then he started saying hi to me every time i enter the cl room we have two cles together and we're in the same homeroom. Hes nice tall and kinda cute but hes pretty quiet and he likes to ask me questions and he smiles when he talks to me a lot
