Whats a good website to download music for free legally?

I have a psp. It doesn't have a lot of music on it because I use limewire which doesn't really have the music I want and I want to download whole albums and singles. My favorite artist are mainly fall out boy, the presets and flo rida. Also it has to be free downloads. If any one can help it will be greatly appreciated
