What presidential candidates think the fairness doctrine should be reinstituted?

probably all your democrats. they're getting crushed by the conservatives on the airwaves and this is their idea of how to make things "more fair", as opposed to just stopping being stupid. if it was implemented, freedom of speech would take yet another hit, government power would stretch out beyond it's intended limits even further, and political talk on the airwaves would become a bad joke.
