What Chi hair product helps to tame the poofiness of hair? How do you use it?

If a person has poofy hair what chi product would work to keep it not poofy and more tamed? It does not have to be chi if you another that works well i will take that too but i prefer chi? Also what hair product would you use to help protect your hair give it a shine after using the straightener?
