Obama is staying out of the CAR WARS debate...how can he vote "present" on this? Doesn't he HAVE to ?

Seriously, other than campaign rhetoric, when has Obama truly made a stance on anything, in reality? I have not seen it. Secretly, he's probably hoping that this country tanks (I know he found it advantageous during the campaign) so that he can come along and sweep us off our feet with larger government, more mandates, and a very angry country (mostly libs), who will welcome him with open arms.
