Ex Gf please Girls help me out!!!?

I have been broken up with my ex girlfriend for a few months now, we had a bad breakup. I have been trying to get over her but its been absolutely the hardest thing to do. A few weeks ago I got a tex saying "Are u at the bar, this is so hard i hate it cause it reminds me of us". Now i know she was wasted but was also crying. A week later I get another text "I wanted you to hear it from me and not someone else, but I'm seeing someone now, I know how you felt/feel about me still and I am sorry. I still care about your feeling and wanted to tell you. I still wish the best for you". Now This absolutely ruined me cause I really was starting to get over her, but her saying theses things sucked me right back in. I want to know the best way to get over her. I have tried seeing two other girls the past few months, but they haven't worked out and I can't get my ex outta my head. Now could someone please explain why my ex would text me those things and how did I get over her. I really do and am still in love with her, but she wants nothing to do with me so I need to move on but for some reason I cant. Please help its driving me crazy.
