13 and my face is really red?

My face is like ALWAYS red. especially after pe. Im fair skinned which makes the redness worse and every monday i have to run 4 laps around the track at school (thats 2 miles) and my face gets extremely red!! i put my hair up and its still really red and ugly. one of my friends have said that i looked like an apple after running. and when i answer a question in cl i can feel my face getting really red and its really annoying. i bet theres alot of people that talk behind my back about it. when im talking to any guy, ill just blush and my face will become extremely red and theyll automatically think that i like them or something and its even worse when i talk to the guy that i like. Any tips on howw to stop my face from being soooooo red? at least after pe and running? btw i have pe fourth period so its really hott.
